(cid:315)(cid:175)ೇಷ (cid:170)ಾಜ(cid:205) ಪ(cid:294)(cid:206)(cid:144)ೆ P¨ aÁs rU t À –– 4 IVಎ A BENGALURU, WEDNESDAY, , 1 133 , JULY, 22 020 22 (A2 S( HADHA2 , 2 22, SHAKAV1 AR9 S4 H4 A) , 1944) No. . 3 38 86 6 GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA NO: HFW 09 HSM 2015 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vikasa Soudha, Bangalore, Dt:13-07-2022 NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the following rules of the further to amend the Karnataka Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services (Recruitment of Certain Posts) (Special) Rules, 2015, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. (2) Whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 21st April 2022. (3) And whereas no objections and suggestions have been received by the State Government on the said draft. (4) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), the government of Karnataka makes the following rules, namely:- (1)R.N.I. Title, commencement and application.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services (Recruitment of Certain Posts) (Special) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 4th day of September 2015. 2. Amendment of Rule 7.- In sub-rule (3) of rule 7 of the Karnataka Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services (Recruitment of Certain Posts) (Special) Rules, 2015, the following shall be substituted namely,- “(3) The list prepared under sub-rule(1) and (2) shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be valid till all the vacancies specified under these rules are filled up or until three months from the date of final Notification of the Karnataka Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services (Recruitment of Certain Posts) (Special) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, whichever is earlier.
