Building, Bangalore, dated: 21.03.2022. 0 2- NOTIFICATON Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Education Department Services (Collegiate Education Department) (Recruitment of the post of Principal (UG) (Special) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, was published as required by clause (a) of sub- section (2) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), in Notification No. ED 121 DCE 2018, dated: 24.02.2022 in part IVA of the Karnataka Gazette Extraordinary No.88, dated: 24.02.2022 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be effected thereby within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. And whereas the said Gazette was made available to public on 24.02.2022. And whereas no objections and suggestions have been received by the Government. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka hereby make the following rules, namely:- (1)R.N.I. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Education Department Services (Collegiate Education Department) (Recruitment of the post of Principal (UG) (Special) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 3.- In the Karnataka Education Department Services (Collegiate Education Department) (Recruitment for the posts of Principal (UG) (Special) Rules, 2020, in rule 3, in sub-rule (1), clause (f) shall be omitted.
