Where, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 15 july 2022, And whereas, no objections and suggestions received in respect of the said draft rules. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Karnataka Educational institutions (Recruitment and Terms and Condition of Service of Employees in private aided Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions) Rules, 1999, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 145 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 for (Karnataka Act 01 of 1995) hereby make the following rules, namely; (1)R.N.I. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Educational institutions (Recruitment and Terms and Condition of Service of Employees in private aided Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
