Title and commencement.- (1) This order may be called the Karnataka Essential Commodities Licensing (Third Amendment) Order, 2022. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the oflicial Gazette 2. Amendment of Schedule IV:- In the Karnataka Essetial Commodities Licensing Order, 1986 in schedule IV, in serial numbers 2 and 3, in Note:1 for the words and figures “upto 30th June 2022”, the words and figures upto 30th December 2022”, shall be substituted.
