Any objection or suggestions which may be received by the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Special Board of the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat. The objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary, Karnataka Legislative Council, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore. Draft Rules 1.Title and Commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitments and conditions of Service) (Twelth) (Amendment) Rules, 2021 (1)R.N.I. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 2 2.They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette. 3.Amendment of Schedule-1 In the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitment and conditions of service) Rules 2003 in Schedule-1 in the entries relating to the category of post of Chief Editor of Debates in Sl.No.7 at Column (vi-b) the following shall be substituted: 7. Chief 1 74400 - a)By Qualification Editor of 109600 promotion a)Must be holder of Debates from the Bachelor’s degree from a cadre of Recognized University; and Editor of Debates b)Must have put in a service of not less than one year as Editor of Debates.
