NOTIFICATION In exercise of powers conferred by Section 53 of the Real Estate (Regulations and development) Act, 2016 [Central Act 16 of 2016], the Karnataka Real Estate Tribunal, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Karnataka Real Estate (Appellate Tribunal) Regulations, 2020, namely: REGULATIONS 1. Title and Commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Karnataka Real Estate (Appellate Tribunal)(Amendment) Regulations, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of regulation 11.-In the Karnataka Real Estate (Appellate Tribunal) Regulations, 2020, for regulation 11. The following shall be substituted namely:- “11. Calendar working hours and sitting.- (1) The Calendar of days of working of the Tribunal in a year shall follow that of the Calendar of the other offices of the Government of Karnataka. (1)R.N.I. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 2 (2) In the absence of vacancy of the Chairperson, the other two Members shall conduct the proceedings of the Tribunal and in such cases, amongst the two Members, the Judicial Member shall act as Chairperson.
