Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore-560 001. Draft Rules 1. Title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State (Forensic Science Laboratory Services) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment to schedule 1.- In Schedule 1 of the Karnataka State (Forensic Science Laboratory Services) (Recruitment) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) after serial no. 43, the following shall be inserted, namely:- " 1 2 3 4 5 43(A) Scene of 206 By Direct For Direct Recruitment:- Crime Officer Recruitment Must be holder of Bachelor ( (37900-70850) Degree in Forensic Science with at least 55% aggregate marks from the University established by Law Or Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Science with at least 55% aggregate marks from the University established by Law with one year diploma in Forensic Science with at least 55%R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 4 aggregate marks from recognized Institution. Or Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Science with at least 55% aggregate marks from the University established by Law with master degree in Forensic Science with at least 55% aggregate marks. " 2. Amendment of schedule 2.- In schedule 2 of the said rules, in paragraph 2 for the words and figures "at serial no. 31 to 43" the words and figures "at serial no. 31 to 43(A)" shall be substituted.
