In the Government Order first read above, orders have been issued for constitution of an Additional Labour Court at Madurai. 2. In the Government Order second read above, orders have been issued for revalidation of the orders issued in the Government Order first read above, for constitution of Additional Labour Court, Madurai and also sanctioned one post of Driver and infrastructural facilities to the said court. 3. In the Government Order third, fourth, fifth and Sixth read above, orders have been issued for revalidation of the orders issued in the Government Order first and second read above for constitution of Additional Labour Court, Madurai. 4. In the letter seventh read above, the Registrar General, High Court of Madras has stated that the Additional Labour Court, Madurai could not be constituted for want of accommodation and the Government Order sixth read above will expire on 23rd January 2023, and he has requested the Government to revalidate the Government Order first read above under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial Code Volume-1 for constitution of the Additional Labour Court at Madurai. 5. After careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court of Madras, the Government hereby revalidate the orders issued in the Government Order first read above under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial Code Volume-I for the constitution of the Additional Labour Court at Madurai. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Home-II) Department (By Order of the Governor) KUMAR JAYANT, Additional Chief Secretary to Government. REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Amendment to the Ad-hoc Rules Relating to the Post of Joint Director (Administration) in the Office of the Director of Survey and Land Records Department. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Ad-hoc Rules issued with the Revenue and DisasterMar. 27, 2024] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 25 Management Department Notification No. SRO/B-64/2019, published at page 116 of Part III— Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 18th September 2019. 2. The Amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th June 2023. Amendment. In the said ad-hoc rules, for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- ''3. Appointment:- Appointment to the post of Joint Director (Administration) shall be made by promotion from among the holders of the post of Deputy Director (Administration) in the Survey and Land Records Department".
