New Delhi, the 9th April, 2014
S.O. 1057 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station and villages mentioned
in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation of the National Highway No. 205 (old NH 21) in the State of Punjab From Kharar to Kurali
between Km. 15+780 to 22+680 (Existing Road) and 22+680 to 29+900 (Proposed Bye Pass).
