New Delhi, the 3rd March, 2015
S.O. 642(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorized the Special Land
Acquisition Officer & Estate Officer, National Highway, Mini Vidhanasoudha Dharwad, as the Competent
Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land for construction of
bypass with geometrics improvements from km. 58.00 to 60.00 of NH-218 (Badagandi Village) in the
State of Karnataka as specified in Schedule given below:
