S.O. 2013(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act,
1956 ( 48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition Officer
(General), Nagpur, as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km.
709/030 to 709/500 km. of New Approach (New Stretch of Approach Road on Kanhan Side) of National Highway No.
7, for construction (New Bridge & Approach), maintenance, management and operation of the said National Highway
in the State of Maharashtra, as specified in the Schedule given below.
