S.O. 2290(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Tahasildar, Pallahara as the competent authority to
perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in
the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 68.280 of the National Highway No. 149 for
building (widening/two-laning with paved shoulders, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Odisha
as specified in the Schedule given below.
