NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th May, 2014
S.O. 1426(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Special Land Acquisition
Officer, National Highway, Bangalore as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority
under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in
respect of the stretch of land from Km 6.000 to Km 208.600 of the National Highway No 206 for building
(widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Karnataka as specified
in the Schedule given below.
