NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th May, 2015
S.O. 1276(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways
Act, 1956, (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional Joint Collector,
Ananthapuramu as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land
from km. 39/0 to km. 41/0 and km. 112/0 to km. 115/0 of the National Highway No. 42 for building
(widening/four-laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as
specified in the Schedule given below.
