iklh iq= cukjlh yky iklh feu eeq fdu fuoklh ,u&93] ipa ’khy ikd]Z ub Z pkj fnYyhA nhokjh dyq 1&13&1 tkMs 3 [ Qk- l- Hkkjkjkizk@,elh&II@Qts &5@Hk-wv@xqMxkao] Ekk;k izdk’k] fun's kd MINISTRY OF RAOD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th February, 2015 S.O. 344(E) .—Whereas by the Notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 344(E), dated the 5th February, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, sub section (ii), issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Govt. declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule Annexed to the said Notification for building (widening/6-laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 8 on the stretch of land from Km. 42.700 to Km. 44.800 (Gurgaon-Kotputli-Jaipur Section) in District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Jyoti Darpan” and “Dainik Bhaskar” both dated the 31st July, 2014 under sub section (3) of Section 3(A) of the said Act; And whereas, no objections have been received from any person by Competent Authority. And whereas, in pursuance of sub section (1) of the Section 3(D) of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Govt. Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Govt. hereby declares that the land specified in the said schedule should be acquired for he aforesaid purpose. And further, in pursuance of sub section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on the publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Govt., free from all encumbrances.
