And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published on the dated 04th February 2014 in Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) and on dated 05th February, 2014 in Navbharat (English), under Sub-section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now therefore upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act;
