NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th May, 2015
S.O. 1402(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section (1) of Section-3A of the National Highways
Act.1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building
(widening /Two-laning, etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No-565, on the stretch of
land from Km. 425/400 to Km. 509/400 (Penchalakona to Erpedu) in District Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore in the State of
Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty – one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose, under sub-section (i) of
Section-3C of the said Act.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, The Revenue Divisional Officer,
Nellore Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the
competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and
may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 3C of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th May, 2015
S.O. 1403(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956
(48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1141 (E) dated 22nd April 2014, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 22nd April 2014.
In the Schedule to the said Notification:—
(a) Against Serial No. (01) relating to district “Nellore” and police station “Rapur” in the 7th column after
entry “Rapur” the entries “Siddavaram” and “Gundavolu” shall be inserted.
(b) Against Serial No. (02) relating to district “Nellore” and police station “Venkatagiri” in the 7th column
after entry “Boppapuram” the entry “Chevireddypalle” shall be inserted.
(c) Against Serial No. (03) relating to district “Chittoor” and police station “Yerpedu” in the 7th column after
entry “Panguru” the entry “Chintalapalem” shall be inserted.
