The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time. 3. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.131100 – 216600 in level 13A of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay matrix and Pay Level plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
