(1) इि जियम का संजिप्त िाम जर्जधक मापजर्ज्ञाि (पैकबंि र्स्ट्तुए)ं संिोधि (संिोधि) जियम, 2023 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से प्रर्ृत्त ह गे। 2. जर्जधक मापजर्ज्ञाि (पैकबंि र्स्ट्तुएं) संिोधि जियम, 2022 के जियम 1 के उप-जियम (2) म ें अंक , अिर और िब्ि “1 अप्रैल 2023” के स्ट्थाि पर अंक, अिर और िब्ि “1 िूि 2023” रखा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं I-10/22/2021- डब्ल्यू एम] अिपु म जमश्रा, संयक्ु त सजचर् ठिप्पण : जर्जधक मापजर्ज्ञाि (पैकबंि र्स्ट्तुए)ं संिोधि जियम, 2022 को भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में संखयांक सा.का.जि. 226(अ), तारीख 28 माच,व 2022 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए थे और अजधसूचिा सं. सा.का.जि. 60(अ) तारीख 27 ििर्री, 2023 द्वारा अंजतम संिोजधत दकए गए। 1968 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Consumer Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th March, 2023 G.S.R. 214(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)read with clauses (j) and (q) of sub-section (2) of section 52 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) (Amendment) Rules, 2022, in rule 1, in sub-rule (2), for the figures, letters and words “1st day of April, 2023”, the figures, letters and words “1st day of June, 2023” shall be substituted.
