या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र 2. आयुि और प्रिासन के वे सदस्ट् य सजचव; अजधकारी,- 3. मुख्य लेखा क.(i) जो मूल जवभाग अजधकारी-सदस्ट्य; या संवगय में जनयजमत 4. अनुसूजचत जाजत आधार पर सदिृ पद और अनुसूजचत धारण दकए हों। जनजाजत के सदस्ट्य- सदस्ट्य; या 5. आयुि (ii) जजन्‍द होंने वेतन (कार्नमक)- सदस्ट्य I मैररक्स में स्ट् तर -8 (47600-151100 रुपये) या मूल संवगय या जवभाग में समकक्ष पद पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के बाद उस ग्रेड में आठ वर् य की सेवा प्रदान की हों; और (ख) जजनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैक्षजणक अहतय ाएं और अनुभव हों, अथायत्:- (i) दकसी मान्‍दयता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट् थान से नातातक जडग्री; (ii) सुरक्षा और अजििमन कायगों में आठ वर्य का अनुभव रटप्प ण 1: उपयुयि क(i) और (ii) के अनुसार अनुभव रखने वाला पद धारण करने और रक्षा या सेना या पुजलस सेवा से सेवाजनवृजत्त के बाद, पुनर्ननयुक्त व्यजियों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। (प्रजतजनयजु ि की अवजध आरंभ में एक वर्य होगी)। रटप्प ण 2: बाहरी लोगों के साथ वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर-8 में जवभागीय उप4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] मुख्य सुरक्षा अजधकारी (47600-151100 रुपये), जजन्‍दहोंने ग्रेड में आठ वर् य की जनयजमत सेवा की हो और जजनके पास प्रजतजनयजु ि के आधार पर जनयुजि पर जवचार करने के जलए जवजहता िैक्षजणक अहतय ा और अनुभव हो, पर जवचार दकया जाता ह।ै यदद पद पर जनयुजि के जलए जवभागीय अभ् यर्नथयों का चयन दकया जाता है; इसे प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा भरा गया माना जाएगा। रटप्प ण 3: केन्‍द रीय सरकार के उसी या अन्‍दय संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन्‍दय संवगय-बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सजहत प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध साधारणतया पर तीन वर्य से अजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्प ण 4: प्रजतजनयजु ि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वर्य से अजधक नहीं होगी। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 2. सुरक्षा 03* (2025) समूह ‘ख’ स्ट् तर -7 चयन 30 वर्य से अजधक आवश् यक (अननुसजचवीय) अजधकारी * काययभार के (44,900- नहीं। (केन्‍द रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी आधार पर 1,42,400 (i) दकसी मान्‍दयता अनुदिे ों या आदिे ों पररवतयन दकया प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय रुपये). के अनुसार सरकारी जा सकता ह।ै या संस्ट्थान से नातातक कमयचाररयों के सरकारी कमयचाररयों जडग्री; और के जलए 5 वर्गों की छूट) । (ii) केन्‍द रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार से रटप्पण: आय-ु सीमा मान्‍दयता प्राप्त संगठन जनधायररत करने की में एक उत् तरदायी जनणाययक तारीख क्षमता या पद पर असम, मेघालय,[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5 अरुणाचल प्रदिे , सुरक्षा, अजििमन जमजोरम, मजणपुर, कायगों का पांच वर्य का अनुभव नागालैंड, जत्रपुरा, या जसदिम, संघ राज्य भूतपूवय- जूजनयर क्षेत्र लद्दाख तथा कमीिन प्राप्त अफसर अंडमान और जजसके पास सुरक्षा जनकोबार द्वीप समूह प्रबंधन और और लक्षद्वीप और अजििमन कायगों का जहमाचल प्रदिे के आठ वर्य का अनुभव चंबा जजले का पांगी हो। उप-मंडल तथा लाहौल और स्ट्पीजत या जजला के अभ् यर्नथयों पुजलस या औद्योजगक के जलए जनधायररत सुरक्षा बल से अंजतम तारीख को जनरीक्षण या समकक्ष छोडकर, अन्‍द य रैंक का कोई अजधकारी जजसकी अभ् यर्नथयों स े पांच वर्य की जनयजमत आवेदन प्राप्त करने सेवा हो। की अंजतम तारीख होगी। रटप्पण 1: अन्‍दयथा भली-भांजत अहतय ा-प्राप्त अभ् यर्नथयों के मामले में, जलजखत रूप में दजय दकए जाने वाले कारणों के आधार पर, सक्षम प्राजधकारी के जववेकानुसार अहतय ा में छूट दी जा सकती ह।ै रटप्पण 2: अनुसूजचत जाजत या अनुसूजचत जनजाजत के अभ् यर्नथयों के मामले में, यदद चयन के दकसी भी चरण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी की राय है दक इन समुदायों से अपेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाले अभ् यथी पयायप्त संख्या में उनके जलए आरजक्षत ररजि को भरने के जलए उपलब्ध होने की संभावना नहीं ह।ै तो अनुभव से संबंजधत अहतय ाओं में जलजखत रूप में दजय दकए जाने वाले कारणों के6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] आधार पर सक्षम प्राजधकारी के जववेकानुसार छूट दी जा सकती ह।ैं (8) (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) नहीं सीधी भती के प्रोन्‍द नजत द्वारा, प्रोन्‍द नजत: समूह ‘ख’ प्रोन्‍द नजत लागू नहीं होता। मामले में दो इसके द्वारा न सजमजत (प्रोन्‍दन जत पर वर्य। होने पर सीधी जवचार करने के रटप्प ण: केन्‍द रीय भती द्वारा। वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर-5 जलए) जजसमें में सहायक सुरक्षा जनम् नजलजखत सरकार द्वारा अजधकारी (29200- िाजमल होंगे: - जवजहत पररवीक्षा 92300 रुपये) में से, को (1) आयुि सफलतापूवयक जजन्‍द होंने इस ग्रेड में (कार्नमक) - अध्यक्ष पूरा करने के ग्यारह वर्य की जनयजमत ; जलए सीधे भती सेवा की हो और उनके होने वाले के पास दकसी मान्‍दयता प्राप्त (2) आयुि-एव-ं जलए कम से कम जवश्वजवद्यालय या सजचव – सदस्ट् य; दो सप्ताह की संस्ट्थान से नातातक की (3) मुख्य लेखा अवजध का जडग्री होनी चाजहए। आज्ञापक रटप्प ण 1: संिोजधत अजधकारी - सदस्ट्य; प्रारंजभक जनयमों की अजधसूचना (4) अनुसूजचत जाजत प्रजिक्षण होगा। की तारीख से जनयजमत या अनुसूजचत आधार पर फीडर पद जनजाजत के सदस्ट्य धारण करने वाले – सदस्ट्य; व् यजियों के जलए प्रोन्‍द नजत हते ु पात्रता सेवा (5) जनदिे क समान रहगे ी। (कार्नमक) – सदस्ट्य रटप्प ण 2: जहां ऐसे (जवभागीय प्रोन्‍द नजत कजनष्ठ व् यजियों के संबंध सजमजत के सदस्ट्य के में, जजन्‍द होंने अपनी अहकय रूप में आयुि या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर (कार्नमक) द्वारा ली है, प्रोन्‍द नजत के जलए नामजनर्ददष्ट दकया जवचार दकया जा रहा जाना ह)ै । हो, वहां उनके वररष्ठ जवभागीय पुजष्टकरण सहकर्नमयों के संबंध में सजमजत (पुजष्टकरण भी जवचार दकया जाएगा पर जवचार करने के परंतु दक उनके द्वारा की जलए) जजनमें गई ऐसी अहकय या जनम् नजलजखत िाजमल होंगे: - पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अहकय या पात्रता सेवा के 1) आयुि (कार्नमक) आधे से अजधक से या दो - अध्यक्ष; वर्य से, इनमें से जो भी (2) आयुि –एव-ं कम हो, कम न हो और सजचव - सदस्ट्य; उन्‍द होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ और व् यजियों सजहत, (3) मुख्य लेखा जजन्‍द होंने ऐसी अहकय या अजधकारी- सदस्ट्य; पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली (4) अनुसूजचत जाजत और अजनसूजचत उच् चतर ्ेणी में[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 7 प्रोन्‍द नजत के जलए अपनी जनजाजत के जलए पररवीक्षा की अवजध सदस्ट्य – सदस्ट्य; Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Development Authority, Chief Security Officer, Security Officer, Assistant Security Officer, Head Security Guard and Security Guard, (Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2025. Initial constitution.-The incumbents holding the posts of Security Officer, Assistant Security Officer, Head Security Guard and Security Guard who were appointed on the regular basis vide Resolution 99, dated the 23rd December, 1985 to the said posts and the service rendered by them in the said posts before commencement of these rules shall be taken into account as regular service for the purposes of probation, confirmation, promotion, etc. 7. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons. 8.
