मािक प्राविकरण या राष्ट्रीय कृवि बाजार ( ईएिएएम ) के गणु ात्मक विविदेशों या मािकों का अिुपािि करेंगी:
बशते कक यकद इि िस्तओंु के विए एगमाका या भारतीय मािक ब्यूरो या भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मािक
प्राविकरण या राष्ट्रीय कृवि बाजार ( ई-िाम ) के मािक मौजूद िहीं ह,ैं तो केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या सरकारी
विकायों द्वारा वििााठरत गणु ित्ता मािक िागू होंगे।
3. रासायविक या संबद्ध प्रयोगशािा विश्लेिण की आिश्यकता िािी िस्तुओं के विए, सभी एगमाका
प्रयोगशािाए,ं राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण और अंशशोिि प्रत्यायि बोडा द्वारा अविसूवचत सभी मान्यता प्राप्त प्रयोगशािाए ं और
भारतीय मािक ब्यूरो, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मािक प्राविकरण, केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार की प्रयोगशािाओं और
उिके द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त अन्य प्रयोगशािाओं को प्रयोगशािा परीक्षण के विए अविकृत ककया गया ह।ै

F.No. T-21032/1/2020-NIC (E).—ln exercise of the powers conferred by clause (p) of sub-section (2) of
section 35 of the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007) read with sub- rule (1A) of rule
4 and clause (a) of rule 25 of the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules
2017, the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority hereby determines that the agricultural and non-
agricultural (other than metals) commodities specified in the tables below (in addition to the previously notified
commodities) shall be stored in a registered warehouse, namely:-

2. The commodities specified in both the tables shall comply with the qualitative specifications or
standards of the AGMARK or Bureau of Indian Standards or Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or
National Agriculture Market (eNAM):
Provided that in case, standards of AGMARK or Bureau of Indian Standards or Food Safety and Standards
Authority of India or National Agriculture Market (eNAM) do not exist for these commodities, quality standards laid
down by the Central Government or State Governments or Governmental bodies shall be applicable.
3. For the commodities requiring chemical or allied laboratory analysis, all AGMARK laboratories, all
accredited laboratories notified by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and
laboratories recognized by the Bureau of Indian Standards, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Central
Government or the State Government laboratories and other laboratories recognised by them are authorised for
laboratory testing.
