The commodities specified in said Table shall comply with the qualitative specifications or standards of the AGMARK or Bureau of Indian Standards or Food Safety and Standards Authority of India: Provided that in case,standards of AGMARK or Bureau of Indian Standards or Food Safety and Standards Authority of India do not exist for these commodities, quality standards laid down by the Central Government or State Governments or Governmental bodies shall be applicable. 3. For the commodities requiring chemical or allied laboratory analysis, all AGMARK laboratories, all accredited laboratories notified by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and laboratories recognised by the Bureau of Indian Standards and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India are authorised for laboratory testing. 4.
