2021 द्वारा उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के िसू रे परंतुक के प्रयोिन के जलए िारी प्रत्याजयत जनिी खोि
अजभकरणों की अजधसूचना के जलए मागसििसक जसद्ांतों (जिन्द्ह ें इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त मागसििसक जसद्ांत कहा गया ह)ै के

अनुसार, मैससस जियोटेदिकल माइननंग सोल्यूिंस को उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के उक्त िसू रे परंतुक के
प्रयोिनों के जलए 'प्रिगस ख खोि अजभकरण' के रूप म ेंअजधसूजचत करती ह।ै
4. अजभकरण, प्रत्याजयत जनिी खोि अजभकरणों की अजधसूचनाओं के जलए उक्त मागसििसक जसद्ांतों म ें जिजनर्िसष्ट ितों
के अनुपालन में पूिेक्षण संदियाएं करेगा।
5. यह अजधसूचना रािपत्र म ें इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रित्तृ होगी और अजधसूचना की तारीख से पांच िष स की
अिजध तक या उसके अिसान तक या अनिु त्त प्रत्यायन की पयिस सान तक, इनमें स ेिो भी पूितस र हो, जिजधमान्द्य रहगे ी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2025
S.O. 2(E).— Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section
4 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central Government notified M/s Geotechnical Mining Solutions under ‘Category B Exploration Agencies’,
vide notification number G.S.R. 286 (E), dated the 7th April, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 7th April, 2022;
2. And whereas, upon completion of its initial accreditation period, M/s Geotechnical Mining Solutions has
obtained re-accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of
India on the 6th March, 2025;
3. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
said Act and in accordance with the guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the said guidelines) for notification of
accredited private exploration agencies issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines vide Order No.
M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated the 12thAugust, 2021 for the purpose of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby notifies M/s Geotechnical Mining Solutions as ‘Category B
Exploration Agencies’ for the purposes of the said second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act.
4. The agency shall carry out prospecting operations in compliance with the conditions specified in the said
guidelines for notifications of accredited private exploration agencies.
5. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain valid
for a period of five years from the date of notification or till expiry or termination of the accreditation granted, whichever
is earlier.
