New Delhi, the 25th March, 2021
S.O. 1347(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the
Schedule annexed hereto as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land
specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluka and villages
mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building/widening (two-laning with
paved shoulders/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Bhunda Harvanshpur to Pilibhit
Section (Km.132.000 to Km.183.380) of NH-730C, NH-730B & NH-731K in the State of Uttar Pradesh under Green
National Highway Corridor Project (GNHCP).
