NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 2nd March, 2022
S.O. 1042(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways [North
Western Railway (Construction Organization)],number S.O. 5055, Dated 22nd November, 2021 published in Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) issued under sub-
section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for
execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway project, namely ―Alwar-Bandikui
SpecialDoubling Project‖in the district of Alwar in the State of Rajasthan.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in daily local newspapers ―Rajasthan
Patrika‖ dated 11/12/2021 and ― Dainik Bhaskar‖ dated 10/12/2021 under sub-section (4) of section 20(A) of the said
Act;
And whereas, no objection has been received by the competent authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of said Act; the competent authority has
submitted its report to Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by subsection (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose,
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
