New Delhi, the 6th December, 2016
S.O. 3652(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (Land
Acquisition), DM’s office, Malda as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said
Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of 2-Lanning with
paved shoulder configuration starting from Ch. 19.205 km to 46.550 km of NH-81 in the district of Malda , West
Bengal as specified in the schedule given below.
