S.O. 1654(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Actuaries Act,
2006 (35 of 2006), the Central Government, hereby, establishes a Tribunal consisting of the following persons to
decide disputes as referred to in section 15 of the said Act in the matter of election to the Council of the Institute of
Actuaries of India, namely :—
