You have been recommended for appointment by Union Public Service
Commission after qualifying above mentioned Examination. Accordingly, you are directed
to appear before the Chairperson, Central Standing Medical Board, ABVIMER & Dr.
Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Room No. 236, Second Floor, OPD, Baba Kharak
Singh Marg, Near Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, New Delhi-110001 with an empty
stomach (fasting for 8-10 hours) on the date mentioned against your Roll Number (list
attached) for your complete Medical Examination (Part-I & II) along with this letter and
10 recent passport size photographs with white background. Your passport photograph
should be in spectacles, in case you wear glasses. You are also required to bring glasses
along with prescription slip bearing glass number, if applicable.
2. You may have to stay till 06:00 P.M. or for a further period of few days, in case
investigations/ hospitalization is considered necessary... Therefore, you should come
