(1) इस आििे का नामजचदकत् सा वस्ट् र(गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) जितीय संिोधन आििे , 2025 होगा। (2) यह आििे , रािपर म ेंप्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से प्रवृत् त होगा। 2. जचदकत् सा वस्ट् र (गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) आिेि, 2024 (जिसे इसके बाि मूल आिेि कहा िाएगा) म,ें परै ाग्राफ 2 म,ें परंतुक के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत परंतकु प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाशत:् - 5112 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] "पंरत ु यह दक िहां ब्यरू ो िारा प्रमाजणत कोई जवजनमाशता, या कोई जवजनमाशता जिसने मूल आिेि की अनुसूची ‘क’ के कॉलम (2) में जवजनर्िशष्ट माल या वस्ट्तुओं के संबंध म ें प्रमाणन के जलए ब्यूरो में आवेिन दकया है, उि अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) म ें जवजनर्िशष्ट तारीख से पहले घोजित करता ह ै दक उस तारीख से पहले जनर्मशत या आयाजतत उनके परु ान े स्ट्टॉक पर मानक जचह्न नहीं ह,ै ऐसे जनमाशता या आयातक को 31 दिसंबर, 2025 तक घोजित स्ट्टॉक को बेचने, प्रिर्िशत करने या बेचन े की पिे कि करने की अनुमजत होगी।" [फा. सं. 6/1/2021-आरएंडडी(भाग 2)] िुभ्रा, व्यापार सलाहकार नोट: मुख्य आिेिभारत के रािपर,असाधारण, भागII, धारा 3/उप-धारा (ii), सख्ं या एसओ 4634 (ई), दिनांक 23 अक्टूबर, 2024 में प्रकाजित दकया गया थाऔर तत्पश्चात् संख्या एसओ 04 (ई), दिनांक 1 िनवरी, 2025 िारा संिोजधत दकया गया। MINISTRY OF TEXTILES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th July, 2025 MEDICAL TEXTILES (QUALITY CONTROL) SECOND AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025 S.O. 3526(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section16read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016(11of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order, further to amend the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely: - 1. (1) This Order may be called the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2025. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as principal Order), in paragraph 2, for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely: – “Provided that where any manufacturer certified by the Bureau, or any manufacturer who has applied to the Bureau for certification in respect of the goods or articles specified in column (2) of Schedule A to the principal Order, declaresprior to the date specified in column (5) of the said Schedulethat their old stock, manufactured or imported prior to such date, does not bear the Standards Mark, such manufacturer or importer shall be permitted to sell, display, or offer to sell the declared stock up to 31st December, 2025.”.
