प्रिासन/समाि कायड/अथडिास्त्र/ ग्रामीण जवकास/एमबीए/पीिीडीएम में स्नातकोत्तर के साथ प्रिासन और स्ट्थापना संबंधी मामलों में कम से कम 5 वर्ड का अनुभव तथा कंप्यूटर एवं संबंजधत सॉफ्टवेयरों का कायडसाधक ज्ञान। प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध सामान्यतया 3 वर्ड से अजधक निीं िोगी जिसमें उसी अथवा दकसी अन्य संगठन म ें इस जनयुजक्त के तुरंत पिले धाररत अन्य बाह्य संवगड(एक्स कैडर) पि पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध भी िाजमल कायड/ग्रामीण जवकास/ एमबीए/पीिीडीएम/अपराध जवज्ञान में स्ट् नातको‍ तर। 2. पांच वर्ड का अनुभव, जिसम ें से तीन वर्ड का पयडवेिण का अनुभव दकसी सरकारी कायाडलय/स्ट् वाय‍ त जनकायों/सावडिजनक िेत्र के उपक्रम/जवश्वजवद्यालय अनुिान आयोग से मान् यता प्राप्त जव्‍ वजवद्यालय में प्रिासन और कायडक्रम कायाडन् वयन (कल् याण कायडक्रमों) में िो। साथ में कंप्य ूटर और अन् य संबंजधत सॉफ्टवेयरों का कायडसाधक ज्ञान। 9. क्या पिोन्नजत के मामले में सीधी भती के जलए : लागू निीं जनधाडररत आयु एवं िैजिक योग्यता लागू िोगी 10. पररवीिा की अवजध, यदि िो : पिोन्नजतैः िो वर्ड एवं सीधी भतीैः िो वर्ड 11. भती का तरीकाैः सीधी भती या पिोन्नजत द्वारा या : 75% पिोन्नजत द्वारा, ऐसा न िोने पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त प्रजतजनयुजक्त / स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा और जवजभन्न तरीकों से द्वारा भरे िाने वाले पिों का प्रजतित 25% सीधी भती द्वारा 12. पिोन्नजत / प्रजतजनयजु क्त / स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा भती दकए िान े : सिायक जनििे क ग्रेड-ll से पिोन्नजत द्वारा जिन्िोंने उस के मामले में पि पर जनयुजक्त के बाि जनयजमत आधार पर 3 वर्ड की सेवा की िो रटप्पणीैः पिोन्नजत के जलए पात्रता सूची अजधकाररयों द्वारा संबंजधत ग्रेड / पि में जनधाडररत पात्रता सेवा के पूरा करने की तारीख के संिभ डमें तैयार की िाएगी. केंद्र सरकार/राज्य सरकार/स्ट्वायत्त जनकायों एवं जवश्वजवद्यालय अनुिान आयोग द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालयों के अजधकाररयों में से प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा क) िो मूल संवगड/जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर अनुरूप पि पर कायडरत िों; या जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रू 9300- 34800+4800 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 2 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो या जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रू 9300- 34800+4600 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 3 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की बिाय अन्य जवर्यों में िो उनके जलये मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से समाि कायड/ समाि िास्त्र में जडग्री या जडप्लोमा प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजधैः सामान्यतया 3 वर्ड से अजधक निीं िोगी जिसमें उसी अथवा दकसी अन्य संगठन में इस जनयुजक्त के तुरंत पिले धाररत अन्य बाह्य संवगडपि (एक्स कैडर) पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध भी िाजमल िोगी. प्रजतजनयुजक्त आधार पर जनयुजक्त की अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त िोने की अजतररक्त वर्ड का लाभ स्ट्वीकायड िै 7. सीधी भती के जलए आयु सीमा : अजधकतम 30 वर्ड रटप्पणीैः केंद्र सरकार द्वारा िारी दकए गए अनुििे ों या आििे ों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए पांच वर्ड तक की छूट िी िा सकती िै। रटप्पणीैः आयु सीमा जनधारड रत करने के जलए जनणाडयक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थडयों से आवेिन प्राप्त करने के जलए जनयत की गई अंजतम तारीख िोगी (न दक वि अंजतम तारीख िो असम, मेघालय, अरूणाचल प्रििे , जमजोरम, मजणपुर, नागालैंड, जत्रपुरा, जसदिम, िम्मू- क्‍मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, जिमाचल प्रििे के लािौल और स्ट्पीजत जिले तथा चंबा जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंडमान-जनकोबार द्वीप या लिद्वीप के अभ्यर्थडयों के जलए जनधाडररत की गई िो।) 8. सीधी भती के जलए अपेजित िैजिक एवं अन्य : अजनवायडैः िैजिक योग्यताैः योग्यताएं 1. दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय/ संस्ट्थान से स्नातक 2. कंप्यूटर और इससे संबंजधत सॉफ्टवेयरों का कायडसाधक ज्ञान वांछनीय: दकसी प्रजतजित संगठन में प्रिासन और स्ट्थापना संबंधी मामलों में 3 वर्ड का अनुभव। रटप्पणीैः अनुसजू चत िाजतयों या अनुसजू चत िनिाजतयों से संबंजधत उम्मीिवारों के मामलों में अनुभव संबंधी योग्यता में छूट सिम प्राजधकारी के जववेकाधीन ि,ै यदि चयन के दकसी भी स्ट्तर पर सिम प्राजधकारी की यि राय िो दक इन समुिायों के अपेजित अनुभव वाले पयाडप्त उम्मीिवार उनके जलए आरजित पररवीिा की अवजध, यदि िो : पिोन्नजतैः िो वर्ड सीधी भतीैः िो वर्ड 11. भती का तरीका, सीधी भती या पिोन्नजत द्वारा या : सीधी भती द्वारा 33% प्रजतजनयुजक्त / स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा और जवजभन्न तरीकों से पिोन्नजत द्वारा 67% ऐसा न िोने पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त भरे िाने वाले पिों का प्रजतित द्वारा रटप्पणीैः सीधी भती द्वारा भरे गए पि के पिधारी प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर चले िाने या लंबी बीमारी या अध्ययन छुट्टी या अन्य पररजस्ट्थजतयों के कारण एक वर्ड या अजधक की अवजध की ररजक्त को कॉलम 12 में दिए गए जनयम व ितों के अऩुसार पात्र उम्मीिवारों से पिोन्नजत द्वारा या प्रजतजनयुजक्त आधार पर भरा िा सकता िै। 12. कायडरत िों; या जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रु. 5200-20200+2400 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 10 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो; और ख). जिनके पास जनम्नानुसार जनधारड रत योग्यता और अनुभव िैःै अजनवायडैः दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से दकसी भी जवर्य में स्नातक तथा प्रिासन और स्ट्थापना संबंधी मामलों में कम से कम 5 वर्ड का अनुभव. प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध सामान्यतया 3 वर्ड से जलए जनधाडररत की गई िो।) 8. सीधी भती के जलए अपेजित िैजिक एवं अन्य अितड ाएं : अजनवायडैः िैजिक अितड ाएं- 1) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय/ संस्ट्थान से स्नातक 2) कंप्यूटर का कायडसाधक ज्ञान वांछनीयैः दकसी प्रजतजित संगठन में प्रिासन तथा स्ट्थापना संबंधी कायों का िो वर्ड का अनुभव। रटप्पणीैः अनुसजू चत िाजतयों या अनुसजू चत िनिाजतयों से संबंजधत उम्मीिवारों के मामलों में अनुभव संबंधी योग्यता में छूट सिम प्राजधकारी के जववेकाधीन ि,ै यदि चयन के दकसी भी स्ट्तर पर[भाग I—खण् ड 1] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 11 सिम प्राजधकारी की यि राय िो दक इन समुिायों के अपेजित अनुभव वाले पयाडप्त उम्मीिवार उनके जलए आरजित प्रजतित द्वारा (चूंदक फीडर श्रेणी में पिों यानी एलडीसी की संख्या का मूल्यांकन कमडचारी जनरीिण इकाई द्वारा छि दकया गया िै) रटप्पणीैः सीधी भती द्वारा भरे गए पि के पिधारी प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर चले िाने या लंबी अनुरूप पि पर कायडरत िों; या जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रुपये 5200-20200+1900 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 08 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो, और ख) जिनके पास सीधी भती के जलए जनधाडररत योग्यता और अनुभव िो प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध सामान्यतया 3 वर्ड से अजधक निीं िोगी जिसमें उसी अथवा दकसी अन्य संगठन में इस जनयुजक्त के तुरंत पिले धाररत अन्य बाह्य संवगडपि (एक्स कैडर) पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध भी (समयैः 10 जमनट) (35 िब्ि प्रजत जमनट और 30 िब्ि प्रजत जमनट िो दक 10500 की जडप्रेिन प्रजत घंटा/9000 की जडप्रेिन[भाग I—खण् ड 1] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 13 प्रजत घंटा के अनुरूप िैं, जिसमें प्रजत िब्ि के जलए औसतन पांच कुंिी िबाना िाजमल ि।ैं ) वांछनीयैः दकसी संगठन में एक वर्ड का जलजपकीय/टंकण का अनुभव। रटप्पणीैः अनुसूजचत िाजतयों या अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों से संबंजधत उम्मीिवारों के मामलों में अनुभव संबंधी उपलब्ध निीं िो पाएंग.े 9. क्या पिोन्नजत के मामले में सीधी भती के जलए : िां, कॉलम 11 के अनुसार जनधाडररत आयु एवं िैजिक योग्यता लागू िोगी 10. पररवीिा की अवजध, यदि िो : सीधी भतीैः िो वर्ड 11. भती का तरीका, सीधी भती या पिोन्नजत द्वारा या : सीधी भती द्वारा 85% प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा/ स्ट्थानांतरण और जवजभन्न तरीकों के माध्यम से भरे िाने वाले पिों का जवभागीय अिकड परीिा द्वारा 10% ररक्त पिों को ग्रुप प्रजतित सी स्ट्टाफ में से रूपये 1800 के ग्रेड वेतन पर कायडरत उन कमडचाररयों में से भरा िाएगा और जिन्िोंने 12वीं या समकि िैजिक योग्यता प्राप्त की िो और उस श्रेणी म ें तीन वर्ों की जनयजमत सेवा की िो। परीिा की पात्रता के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा 45 वर्ड ि ै (अनुसूजचत िाजत एवं अनसु ूजचत िनिाजत के जलए यि आयु 50 वर्ड िै।) 5% ररक्त पि ग्रुप ‘सी’ के उन कमडचाररयों में स े वररिता एवं दफटनेस आधार पर भरे िाएँगे जिन्िोंने रूपये 1800/- के ग्रेड वेतन के पि पर तीन वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो। रटप्पणीैः सीधी भती द्वारा भरे गए पि के पिधारी प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर चले िाने या लंबी बीमारी या अध्ययन छुट्टी या अन्य जमनट (अंग्रेिी) या 55 जमनट (हििं ी). 9. क्या पिोन्नजत के मामले में सीधी भती के जलए जनधाडररत निीं आयु एवं िैजिक योग्यता लागू िोगी 10. पररवीिा की अवजध, यदि िो पिोन्नजतैः िो वर्ड सीधी भतीैः िो वर्ड 11. संवगड/जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर अनुरूप पि पर कायडरत िों; या -जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रू 5200- 20200+2800 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 06 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो; या -जिन्िोंने मूल संवगड/जवभाग में रूपये 5200- 20200+2400 (ग्रेड वेतन) या समकि में जनयुजक्त के बाि 10 वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा की िो; और ख). जिनके पास जनम्नानुसार जनधाडररत योग्यता और अनुभव िैःै - दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त
