CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD & CIVIL SUPPLIES (CS.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 12 Dt. 06-03-2012, Read the following: 1. G.O.Ms.No.4, CAF & CS (CS.I) Dept., dt. 19.2.2011. 2. Proposals of CCS in NF No.N4/4306/2011. -oOo- Government, after careful examination of the proposals of Commissioner of Civil Supplies, AP Hyderabad submitted to Government in the reference 2nd read above, hereby order for the following amendment to the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above. A M E N D M E N T The words under the existing clause 12(iii) of the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms. No. 4, CAF&CS (CS.I) Department dt. 19.2.2011 shall be substituted with the following words: “Close relatives of the employees of the Implementing / Enforcing Departments of Public Distribution System such as Civil Supplies, Revenue, Vigilance & Enforcement, Police, Legal Metrology, Judiciary Departments, Quality Control Cell of GOI etc.; User Departments such as School Education (Primary), Social Welfare, Backward Classes Welfare, Tribal Welfare, Minorities Welfare, Women Development & Child Welfare Departments, Residential Schools, Govt ITIs, Military, NCC etc., Civil Supplies Corporation shall not be appointed as Fair Price shop Dealers; there shall, however, be no objection to appoint family members or relatives of employees working on contractual basis on consolidated pay like Anganwadi teachers, ANMs, Asha Workers, Vidya Volunteers, outsourcing employees etc. 2. The Commissioner of Civil Supplies shall take necessary further action in the matter.
