The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall publish the Notification in the Next extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. He shall send 100 copies of the notification to this department immediately after publication in the Gazette. 3. The Director of Translation, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad shall furnish the translation of the notification in the regional languages concerned to the Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Hyderabad to enable him to publish the same in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette under intimation to Government. The PS to Minister for FCS,LM, CA & LA The Law (B) Department SF/SC //FORWARDED BY ORDER// SECTION OFFICER(Annexure to GO Ms No. 13 , CAF&CS (CS.III) Dept, dated 13.03.2012) N O T I F I C A T I O N In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 30 read with sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (Act 68 of 1986) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Amendments to the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Protection Rules, 1987 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 473, Food and Agriculture (CS.III) Department, dt. 2.9.1987 and as subsequently amended from time to time. A M E N D M E N T S In the said rules, (1) In rule 3, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted namely:- “The President of the District Forum shall receive a consolidated amount of Rs. 51,550/ (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty only) per month as honorarium and the Members of the District Forum shall receive a consolidated amount of Rs. 39,530/ (Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty only) per month as honorarium”. (2) In rule 6, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted namely:- “The President of the State Commission shall receive the salary of the Judge of the High Court if appointed as whole time basis. The Members of the State Commission shall receive a consolidated amount of Rs.51,550/ (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty only) per month as honorarium”.
