Read the following:- 1. GO.Ms.No.168, MA dated:21-02-2009. 2. From the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.10448/05/A dated:03-12-2011. * * * ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have accorded formal approval to the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) for Chittoor Municipality and returned the same to the Chittoor Municipality through the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad for taking necessary further action. 2) Accordingly the Municipal Council has notified the said Scheme by publishing in the Chittoor District Gazetee No.169A/2009 Dt. 15-07-2009 and also in the local News Papers calling for objections and suggestions from the affected persons as per section 14(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920, certain objection and suggestions were received from the public. The Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad examined the objections and suggestions and modified the plan to that extent. 3) In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad, while submitting the Map along with the Master Plan Reports, has requested the Government to accord sanction under Section 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 to the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Chittoor Municipality submitted by the Municipal Commissioner, Chittoor Municipality. 4) Government, after careful examination of the matter, have decided to sanction the General Town Planning Scheme of Chittoor Municipality along with Zoning Regulations as approved by the Municipal Council, subject to condition that the Building Rules shall be as per the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Development Control Rules, 2008 issued in GO.Ms.No.569, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 23-08-2008. 5) The Commissioner, Chittoor Municipality is directed to ensure that a copy of the scheme is kept open for inspection by the public at the Municipal Office and also at the Offices of the Panchayats affected by this scheme during the office hours for a period of six months from the date of the publication of the Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. 6) The Director of Town & Country Planning, Hyderabad, is requested to communicate a copy of the Master Plan covering the Chittoor Municipality and vicinity of Gram Panchayats of Chittoor Municipality to the concerned to administer the Town Planning Scheme within their area.7) The appended notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette along with the Zoning Regulations. 8) The Commissioner of Printing, Hyderabad, is requested to furnish 1000 copies of the Notification to the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad. 9) A copy of this order is available in the Internet and can be accessed at the address http://goir.ap.gov.in/. SF/SC. //FORWARDED ::BY:: ORDER// SECTION OFFICER NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 (Andhra Pradesh Act 7 of 1920), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction to the General Town Planning Scheme of Chittoor Municipality, approved in GO.Ms.No.168, MA dated:21-02-2009 along with the Zoning Regulations and as recommended by the Commissioner, Chittoor Municipality and the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad subject to condition that, the Building Rules shall be as per the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Development Control Rules, 2008 issued in G.O.Ms.No.569, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, dated 23-08-2008.
