From the CCLA & Spl., C.S. to Govt.,Lr.No.B2/1418/2011, Dated:3.12.2011. ***** O R D E R: In the ref 1st read above, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada has submitted the proposals for allotment of the plots of 7 encroachers to a total land admeasuring 821.02 sq. yards in R.S.No.17, Block No.35, of Mutyalammapadu, near Flyover Bridge at Ajit Singh Nagar, Vijayawada, Krishna Dist., and the Council has resolved for such regularization on collecting market value. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, Government after careful examination of the proposal, have decided to accord permission to regularize the (7) encroachments to a total land admeasuring 821.02 Sq. Yards in R.S.No.17, Block No.35, on collecting market value of Mutyalammapadu, near Flyover bridge at Ajitsing Nagar, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation. Accordingly Government hereby accord permission to Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada. 3. The Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada is requested to take further necessary action accordingly for regularization of (7) encroachments on payment of land cost as per prevailing registration value.
