From the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No. 21017/B.II/B.9/2011, dt. 1-8-2011, 12-9-2011 & 24-11-2011. **** O R D E R : In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad has submitted proposals for considering the request of Dr. D.Pallavi, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Pokuru, Prakasam District for inter zonal transfer from Prakasam District of Zone-III to Nalgonda District of Zone-VI on spouse grounds as her husband is working as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon at Veterinary Dispensary, Chinthapally of Nalgonda District. The individual has also given an undertaking that she will forego her seniority in the present zone and she will take last rank in Zone-VI, if her case is considered. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby transfer Dr.D.Pallavi, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, from Veterinary Dispensary, Pokuru, Prakasam Disrict of Zone-III to Nalgonda District of Zone-VI on spouse grounds under para 5(2)© of the G.O.Ms.No.674, General Administration (SPF.A) Department, dated: 20-10-1975 and she shall be assigned last rank next below the last regular candidate, in the new unit, duly foregoing her seniority in the present working unit, without TTA /DA and Joining time in relaxation of ban on transfers. 3. The Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 4.
