ABSTRACT
Forest Department- Repairs and maintenance of existing road work from Sangareddy –
Nanded-Akola to the existing width from Km 0/0 to 89/0 from Km 84/2 to 85/8 and Km
86/0 to 88/0 passes through Nizamsagar RF area of Nizamabad Division in favour of EE,
(R&B) Division, Sangareddy - Permission accorded- Orders –Issued.

ORDER:
In the letter 1st read above, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, has submitted a proposal for repairs and maintenance of existing
road work from Sangareddy – Nanded-Akola to the existing width from Km 0/0 to 89/0
from Km 84/2 to 85/8 and Km 86/0 to 88/0 passes through Nizamsagar RF area of
Nizamabad Division in favour of Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Sangareddy.
2. As per the guidelines issued by the Government of India, MoEF, New Delhi, in
the letters 2nd & 3rd read above, the State Government is empowered to accord permission
for improvement, repair, maintenance and block topping of the Kutcha Roads existing
prior to 1980, in the Forest areas with certain conditions stipulated therein.
3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Principal Chief
Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and based on the powers vested with
the State Government in the letters 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord permission to the
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for repairs and
maintenance of existing road work from Sangareddy – Nanded-Akola to the existing
width from Km 0/0 to 89/0 from Km 84/2 to 85/8 and Km 86/0 to 88/0 passes through
Nizamsagar RF area of Nizamabad Division in favour of Executive Engineer, (R&B)
Division, Sangareddy, subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the letters 2nd
& 3rd read above.
4. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is
directed to take further necessary action in the matter.
