Whereas it has been made to appear that Sri Y.Simon Raju, while working as Superintending Engineer,Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, is responsible for laying of unauthorized cable lines within the jurisdiction of GVMC., 2. Now therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (I) of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules,1980 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the said Sri Y.Simon Raju, Superintending Engineer,(Retd),Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam. 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (CC&A) Rules, 1991.
