From the GOI, MoEF, New Delhi, Lr.F.No.11-48/2002-FC, Dt. 29.4.2005 **** ORDER: In the letter 1st read above, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has submitted a proposal for repairs and maintenance of road from Sangareddy – Nanded – Akola to the existing width from Km 0/0 to 89/0 out of which the road stretch from Km 76/2 to 77/7 and Km 79/4 to 81/4 is passing through RF area of Medak Division, in favour of Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Sangareddy. 2. The proposal has been examined with reference to the guidelines issued by the Government of India in the references 2nd & 3rd read above. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal and in exercise of the powers delegated to State Government in the guidelines issued by Government of India in the references 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord permission to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for repairs and maintenance of road from Sangareddy – Nanded – Akola to the existing width from Km 0/0 to 89/0 out of which the road stretch from Km 76/2 to 77/7 and Km 79/4 to 81/4 is passing through RF area of Medak Division, in favour of Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Sangareddy, subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the letters 2nd & 3rd read above. 4.
