G.O.Ms.No.127, Fin.(DCM.III) Dept., Dt.22.6.2011. **** O R D E R: The Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above, has reported that, all the (3) Drivers (LV) Sarvasri L.Sudharsan, O/o. the S.S., Hyderabad, N.Yellaiah, O/o the Conservator of Forests, P&E, Hyderabad and K.Nandam O/o the Curator, NZP, Hyderabad have represented for their permanent absorption in the O/o. Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Hyderabad. At present the services of the above three Drivers are being utilized in the O/o. the Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad on O.D. basis since, there is a shortage of Drivers in the O/o. Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests, Hyderabad. The concerned unit officers of the above three Drivers have informed that, they have no objection to absorb them in the O/o. Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Hyderabad on permanent basis. The Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests has further reported that, as per Rule-35(b) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, seniority of the member of a service, class or category who is transferred on his own request from one unit of appointment to another unit of appointment, shall be fixed with reference to the date of his joining duty in the later unit of appointment. Therefore, the Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests, Hyderabad has requested the Govt., to issue orders for permanent absorption of all the (3) drivers as per rules, against the available vacant posts for conducting field inspections by their senior officers, as there is shortage of Drivers in the O/o. Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests, Hyderabad due retirements and no regular recruitment in the category of Drivers. 2. Government after careful examination have accepted the proposal and hereby accord permission to the Prl.Cheif Conservator of Forests to absorb on permanent basis of all the (3) drivers Sri L.Sudharsan, O/o. the S.S., Hyderabad, Sri N.Yellaiah, O/o the Conservator of Forests P&E, Hyderabad and Sri K.Nandam O/o the Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad in the O/o. Prl.Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad, in the existing driver vacancies, subject to condition that a “Fair Share Principle” is followed in such appointments as per the instruction issued vide G.O in the reference 2nd read above and also Rule-35(b) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
