From GOI, MoEF, Bangalore, Lr.No.F(C)A/11.2/133/MIN/AP/9940, Dt.18.10.2011 ****** ORDER: Government of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Bangalore in the letter 1st read above, have accorded approval (Stage II) for diversion of 2.429 ha. of forest land in R.S.No.1 of Kondapally Village in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal of Krishna District for quarrying of Road Metal, in favour of Sri P.Karunakar, subject to certain conditions as stipulated therein. Accordingly, the State Government in the reference 2nd read above, have issued orders. 2. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has submitted a proposal under Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, for transfer of mining lease of Sri P.Karunakar to M/s. Srinivasa Edifice Pvt. Limited, Vijayawada and requested to forward the same to Government of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests, for according necessary approval in the matter. 3. The said proposal has been sent to Government of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests for their approval under Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 vide State Government letter 4th read above. The Government of India in their letter 5th read above, have accorded their approval in principal (Stage.I) for the transfer of lease, subject to compliance of certain conditions. The State Government vide letter 6th read above, have furnished a compliance report on the conditions stipulated by the Government of India. 4. Government of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Bangalore in their letter 7th read above, have accorded their approval (Stage.II) under Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 for transfer of mining lease of Sri P.Karunakar to M/s. Srinivasa Edifice Pvt. Limited, Vijayawada, subject to certain conditions as stipulated therein. (Contd -2)-2- 5. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for transfer of mining lease of Sri P.Karunakar to M/s. Srinivasa Edifice Pvt. Limited, Vijayawada, subject to the following conditions. 1. The Additional amount of Net Present Value (NPV) of the diverted forest land if any becoming due after revision of the same by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in future, shall be charged by the State Government from M/s Srinivasa Edifice Pvt. Ltd. and deposited either in SB A/c.No.SB01025198- CAF Andhra Pradesh, Corporation Bank, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003 (RTGS/IFSC No.CORP0000371) (or) in SB A/c.No.344902010105 407- ANDHRA PRADESH CAMPA, Union Bank of India, Sundar Nagar, New Delhi-110003 (RTGS/IFSC No.UBIN0534498). 2. M/s. Srinivasa Edifice Pvt. Limited, Vijayawada shall comply with all the conditions stipulated in the letters 1st & 2nd read above. 6. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is directed to take further necessary action in the matter.
