The following notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh
Gazette:
NOTIFICATION –I
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act,
1872, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grant a License to Sri Gundupalli Raja Reuben
Purushootha Kumar S/o. (Late) Samuel Suryam, Nalluru (V), Kapileswarapuram (M),
East Godavari District who belongs to C.B.C.N.C Mission to solemnize marriages between
Indian Christians within the territories comprising the State of Andhra Pradesh in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act.
NOTIFICATION – II
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act,
1872, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grant a License to Sri Gundupalli Raja Reuben
Purushootha Kumar S/o. (Late) Samuel Suryam, Nalluru (V), Kapileswarapuram (M),
East Godavari District who belongs to C.B.C.N.C Mission to grant certificate of marriage
between Indian Christians in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, within the territories
comprising the State of Andhra Pradesh.

INDIAN CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE LICENSE
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6 & 9 of the Indian Christian Marriage
Act, 1872 (Central Act XV of 1872), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby grant a License to
Sri Gundupalli Raja Reuben Purushootha Kumar S/o. (Late) Samuel Suryam, Nalluru (V),
Kapileswarapuram (M), East Godavari District who belongs to C.B.C.N.C Mission to
solemnize marriages and to issue certificates of marriages between Indian Christians within the
territories comprising the State of A.P. in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

N.B. If the licensee departs from the State and expects to be absent for more than a year, he
should return the License to the District Collector and obtain a fresh License on his return
to the State of Andhra Pradesh.
