G.O.Rt.No.186, MW (Wakf-I) Dept., dated:02-08-2011. -*****- O R D E R:- The Post of Survey Commissioner of Wakfs, A.P Secretariat, Hyderabad has been vacant for a long time. Consequently, the Second Survey of Wakfs could not be completed. It has been decided to appoint Sri Mirza Hasan Ali Baig, Special Grade Deputy Collector (Retired) who is well versed with the Revenue / Survey and Wakf matters on contract basis to complete the above survey work as early as possible. 2. Accordingly, Government after careful consideration, hereby appoint Sri Mirza Hasan Ali Baig, Special Grade Deputy Collector (Retired) as Survey Commissioner of Wakfs, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad on contract basis for a period of one (1) year initially from the date of his assumption of the post. He shall relieve Sri M.Shiv Shanker, Assistant Secretary to Government (OP), Minorities Welfare Department from the Additional Post of the charge of Survey Commissioner of Wakfs with immediate effect. 3. He shall be paid salary of last pay (basic) minus pension per month for the above post on contract basis.4. The Terms and Conditions of the appointment of Sri Mirza Hasan Ali Baig, Special Grade Deputy Collector (Retired) as Survey Commissioner of Wakfs are annexed to this Order. 5. The expenditure on the salary to be paid to the above Officer shall be met from the Budget earmarked to the Survey Commissioner of Wakfs. (P.T.O) 6.
