NOTIFICATION – II In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grant a License to Sri Rev. Dr. Gunty Devadass Joseph S/o G.Devadass, Shankarpally (M) & (V), Ranga Reddy District, who belongs to Philadelphia Church to grant certificate of marriage between Indian Christians in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, within the territories comprising the State of Andhra Pradesh.
