O R D E R: -
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Municipal
Administration, A.P Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read above, Government
after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Municipal
Commissioners of Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar
Panchayats to utilize 50% amount available under Building Penalization
Scheme (BPS) funds which are meant for city level works, for payment
towards C.C. charges which are due to be paid to TRANSCO by the Urban
Local Bodies, to reduce the burden of payment of penalty, in relaxation of
orders issued in the reference 1st read above.
2. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.(M&F) Dept
vide their U.O.No.33571/423/A1/Expr (M&F)/11, dated: 23.01.2012.
