O R D E R:
The draft variation to the Master Plan roads notified in the Revised Master
Plan, which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8
0f 2008), the same having been issued vide reference 3rd cited and published in the
Extra-Ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.434, Part-I, dated: 11.08.2011.
No objections/ suggestions have been received by the Government with in
stipulated period. It is reported by the Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad
Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad that the applicant has paid an
amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six lakhs only) towards development charges.
Hence, the draft variation is confirmed.
2. The commissioner, Printing, Stationery, & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad shall
publish appended notification in the issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette
dated: 02.02.2011.
3. The Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development
Authority shall publish a notice in newspapers as specified in sub-section (4) of
Section 15 of HMDA Act, 2008 on or before the date of Gazette Notification and
furnish the copies of same to the Government.

APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of
Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008), the
Government hereby confirms the notification, which is the same having been
previously published in the Extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.
434, Part-I, dated: 11.08.2011, as required by sub-section (4) of the said section.
VARIATION
The proposed 30 mtrs road passing through Sy.Nos. 228, 226, 223, 221,
222, 216, 215, 214, 211, 212 and 208 of Nizampet (V), Quthbullapur (M), Ranga
Reddy district is deleted and realign the said road as 40’ wide link road along the
existing pathway towards southern side and passing through Northern border of
Sy.No. 233/1 of Nizampet (V) and in place of road now designated adjacent land
use Residential use zone.
