No. 19787/2009/Elec.III, Dated.27.12.2011. 7.G.O.Ms.No.31,PR&RD (Pts.IV) Deptt., dated.04-02-2012. * * * O R D E R The Commissioner &Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in the letter 2nd read above has submitted the proposal received in the letter 3rd read above from the District Collector, Mahabubnagar District for inclusion of the following villages in the Peri-urban areas into the Municipal Limits of Wanaparthy Municipality as required under rule 5 (3) of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Inclusion or Exclusion of areas into/from the limits of Municipalities / Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 63, MA & UD Department, dated: 18.2.2006. He has, therefore, requested to issue necessary orders in the matter. 1.Nagavaram, 2.Srinivasapuram and 3.Narasingayapally of Thadiparthi Revenue village 2. Accordingly the proposals of the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad at a para (1) above have been considered and issued Show Cause Notice, vide reference 4th read above to the Municipal Council, Wanaparthy calling for their views/suggestion if any and of the Public on the proposal to include the three (3) Gram Panchayats i.e., 1.Nagavaram, 2.Srinivasapuram and 3.Narasingayapally of Thadiparthi Revenue village into the limits of Wanaparthy Municipality. 3. In this connection, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has reported in the reference 6th read above that the Municipal Commissioner, Wanaparthy has received one objection from the public of Srinivasapuram Gram Panchayat within the stipulated period of 10 days requesting not to merger their concerned Gram Panchayat into the limits of Wanaparthy Municipality. The Municipal Council, in its C.R.No. 146, dated: 23.12.2011, has resolved to send views / suggestions / objections received on the Show Cause notice on proposal for inclusion of above mentioned three (3) Gram Panchayats into the limits of Wanaparthy Municipality. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter decided to include the three (3) Gram Panchayat i.e., 1.Nagavaram, 2.Srinivasapuram and 3.Narasingayapally of Thadiparthi Revenue village into the limits of the Wanaparthy Municipality. 5. In the reference 7th read above, Government in Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department have de-notified the above said three (3) Gram Panchayats of Mahabubnagar District for their merger into Wanaparthy Municipality. Therefore, the Government hereby issue the following notification for inclusion of three (3) Gram Panchayats 1.Nagavaram, 2.Srinivasapuram and 3.Narasingayapally of Thadiparthi Revenue village into the limits of Wanaparthy Municipality. 7. The following notification will be published in an Extra-Ordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:07-02-2012. 8. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationary and Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following notification and furnish 50 copies of the same to the Government immediately. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1A) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 6 of 1965) read with clause (vi) of rule 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of the areas into/from the limits of Municipalities/Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No.63, M.A. & U.D.
