No. 8939/2011-Elec-III, dated: 10.12.2011. -ooOoo- O R D E R In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have notified the draft re-division of 23 wards of Tadepalle Municipality inviting views or suggestions if any on the proposed re- division of wards from the Municipal Council and the public of Tadepalle Municipality. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration has stated that one suggestion has been received to club the House No.15-587 to 15-646 into 8th ward instead of 9th ward. He has also stated that the Municipal Council, Tadepalle in its C.R.No.77, dated:27.12.2011 has resolved to accept draft notification issued by the Government in the reference 2nd read above. He has, therefore, requested to issue final notification on re-division of Tadepalle Municipality into 23 single wards. 3. The appended Notification will be published in an Extra-Ordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:09-02-2012. 4. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationary and Stores Purchase (Printing Wing), Hyderabad is requested to send 25 copies of the Notification to Government urgently. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act of 1965) read with Rule 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Division of Nagar Panchayats and Municipalities into wards) Rules, 1994 issued in G.O.Ms.No.31, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, dated 03.02.1995 and in supersession of all the previous notifications on the subject, the Government hereby direct that the Tadepalle Municipality shall be re-divided into 23 (Twenty three) wards as shown in the Annexure appended to the notification with immediate effect.
