From the Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad, Lr.No.14580/PD1/Plg/HMDA/ 2010,dated: 24.01.2012. *** O R D E R: The draft variation to the Master Plan roads notified in the Revised Master Plan for the core area (erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad area), which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 0f 2008), the same having been issued vide reference 3rd cited and published in the Extra- Ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.470, Part-I, dated: 25.08.2011. No objections/ suggestions have been received by the Government with in stipulated period. It is reported by the Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad that the applicant has paid an amount of Rs.3,26,525/- (Rupees Three lakhs Tweny Six thousands Five hundred and Twenty Five only) towards development charges. Hence, the draft variation is confirmed. 2. The commissioner, Printing, Stationery, & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad shall publish appended notification in the issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 16.02.2012. 3. The Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority shall publish a notice in newspapers as specified in sub-section (4) of Section 15 of HMDA Act, 2008 on or before the date of Gazette Notification and furnish the copies of same to the Government. VARIATION (i) The proposed 40’ wide link road passing back side of City Central Library, Ashok Nagar near to the Nala in Ashok Nagar which is earmarked in the erstwhile MCH area circle-III (Old Circle No. IX) is deleted to an length of 335 Mtrs. (ii) The above proposed road is realigned along the existing Nala within the applicant’s site to join the existing 40’ road and is designated as Master Plan road.
