(cid:177)(cid:177)(cid:177) ORDER: The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:- : NOTIFICATION : In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Service Rules, 1992 issued in G.O.Ms.No.197, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (B2) Department, Dated the 25th March, 1992 and published in Part-I of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Issue No.16, Dated the16th April, 1992 as subsequently amended in the reference 2nd read above:- : AMENDMENT : In rule 2 of the said rules, (i) In Category-4, the words “ and Deputy City Planner (Transport Planner) “ shall be added at the end.
