Cases, Hyderabad, for attachment of certain properties of Sri.M.Srisailam, Non-Technical Personal Assistant, Office of the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad, in Cr.No.16/ACB-CIU-Hyd/2008. 2. After careful consideration of the said proposal, there is a reason to believe that Sri.M.Srisailam, Non-Technical Personal Assistant, Office of the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad, has committed a scheduled offence under Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of Prevention of Corruption Act,1988, and has acquired assets disproportionate to the known sources of his income standing in his name and in the names of his family members. 3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby authorize the Inspector of Police (CIU), Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad, for filing an application in the Court of Principal Special Judge for S.P.E.& A.C.B.
